San Diego Youth Girls Kickball League – Starting 2026!

Echo Athletics is proud to announce that in 2026, we’ll be launching the Youth Girls Kickball League in San Diego! This will be the first league of its kind in the area, giving girls a fun, safe, and supportive space to play and grow.

Who Can Join
Girls ages 7–14
Teams formed by age groups for fair and fun play
Open to all families in San Diego County
Season Details (Beginning 2026)
Schedule: Sundays in Lemon Grove Academy Middle (with additional locations planned in the future)
Length: 6–8 week seasons
What’s Included: Team jersey, use of all equipment, and coaching support
Family-Friendly Environment: Parents and siblings are encouraged to cheer, volunteer, or even join in fun family days!

Do we need to buy any equipment?
Nope! Echo Athletics provides everything your child needs—balls, bases, and team jerseys. Players just need comfortable clothes and athletic shoes (cleats optional).
What if my child has never played sports before?
That’s perfectly fine! Kickball is simple to learn, and our coaches teach everything step by step. Everyone gets playing time, and the focus is on fun and teamwork.
How long are games and practices?
Games last about an hour, with a short warm-up and practice before. The whole session runs 1.5–2 hours on Sundays.
Can parents get involved?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to volunteer as assistant coaches, help with team snacks, or just cheer from the sidelines. Family involvement is a big part of what makes this league special.
How much does it cost?
Final pricing will be announced before registration opens in 2026, but our goal is to keep the league affordable for families. We’ll also offer scholarships for those who need them.
Where are games played?
Our first league will launch at Lemon Grove Middle Academy, with plans to expand to more San Diego neighborhoods as we grow.
